 31. Boutique Hotel: Kind of small hotel but luxurious. The hotel is typically used for rich people who want the privacy and comfort. (Boutique Hotel : jenis hotel kecil namun mewah. Hotel ini biasanya digunakan untuk orang-orang beduit yang menginginkan privasi dan kenyamanan ). 

32. No show Guests who have done guest room bookings / reservations, but did not arrive at the appointed time. ( No show : Tamu yang sudah melakukan pemesanan kamar/reservasi, tetapi tidak datang pada waktu yang telah ditentukan ). 

33. Airport limousine. A pick-up service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Usually, this limousine service use a special car such as Volvo, BWM and other. ( Pelayanan penjemputan tamu dari bandara ke hotel maupun sebaliknya. Biasanya, pelayanan limousine ini menggunakan mobil khusus seperti Volvo, BWM dan lainnya ). 

34. Double occupancy is a room for two people. ( Double occupancy adalah kamar untuk dua orang). 

35. Pension : a type of accommodation in the form of a small hotel that provides lodging services, food and drink for their guests with a relatively low rate. ( Pension, sejenis akomodasi berupa hotel kecil yang menyediakan pelayanan penginapan, makan dan minum untuk tamu-tamunya dengan tarif relatif rendah ). 

36. Floating Hotel : a type of accommodation that is above the cruise ships that provide rooms, meals and drinks and service facilities and entertainment facilities such as hotels, but also function as a vehicle of sea transport. ( Floating Hotel, sejenis akomodasi yang berada di atas kapal-kapal pesiar yang menyediakan fasilitas kamar, makan dan minum serta fasilitas pelayanan dan fasilitas hiburan seperti hotel, namun berfungsi pula sebagai kendaraan dari transportasi laut ). 

37. Breakfast Buffet : Breakfast with a selection of foods that should be taken alone. Usually all-you-can-eat. ( Breakfast Buffet: Sarapan dengan pilihan makanan yang boleh diambil sendiri. Biasanya para tamu boleh makn sepuasnya ). 

38. Resthouse: a temporary residence for travelers and vacationers. Generally in place which no hotel available. ( Resthouse: tempat tinggal sementara bagi pelancong dan wisatawan. Umumnya di tempat yang tak tersedia hotel ). 

39. World heritage site : a site designated by UNESCO as being of special historical, cultural or natural importance. (World heritage site: sebuah situs yang ditunjuk oleh UNESCO sebagai kepentingan sejarah, budaya atau alami khusus ). 

40. Transit visa : is a visa allowing the holder to stop over in a country to make a travel connection or brief visit. ( Transit visa: visa yang memungkinkan pemegangnya untuk singgah di suatu negara untuk membuat sambungan perjalanan atau kunjungan singkat ).
